The real estate of chris sacca
As atmospheric CO2 concentration continues to increase, the currency of carbon dioxide removal technologies will grow in proportion, and carbon removal startups will provoke more of the attention of investors. Chris Sacca was interviewed last month in reference to Pachama, which "develops technologies to help bring transparency, efficiency, and scale to the growing market of Forest Carbon Credits." Mr. Sacca is an investor in the startup. Here's what Mr. Sacca had to say: "For too long, the world has ignored the scientists, inventors, organizers, and entrepreneurs who are pursuing solutions that could dramatically reduce emissions, remove carbon from the atmosphere, actively cool the planet, and save human, animal, and plant life as we know it," venture capitalist Chris Sacca told Axios via email According to Axios, "Sacca has invested in YC program participant Pachama, which uses drones and other tech to verify carbon offsetting projects like forest restoration."
